    Very straight forward product to use with easy set up. It is a product that requires your attention for the 5hrs of operation. It took 40 mins to start collecting the first 50mls and then you’re able to relax a bit and let the still do its job. The only thing I would say is the water system was very sensitive and took a bit of management during the period of operation to control the temperature. A device which could control the flow more accurately would be great. The probe entry point collects air which creates bubbles and has an effect on water flow exiting the still would benefit some sort of seal or O ring. Apart from that 3.5 litres of alcohol which made 7x 1125ml bottles depending on you cut was produced and a good night had.
